The PT6914 series is a series ofhigh performance 12 watt, plus to minusvoltage convertors that are designed topower the latest ECL (–5.2V) andGaAs (-2.0V) ICs from an existing+5.0V or +3.3V source.,These regulators are similar tothe popular PT6900 series with theadded feature of Power Trends’ uniquesolderable copper case.A 330µF electrolytic capacitor isrequired on both the input and outputfor proper operation. Also note thatthis product does not include shortcircuitprotection.
