The PT6442 Excalibur power modulesare a series of high performance IntegratedSwitching Regulators (ISRs), housed in athermally efficient solderable copper case.These modules operate from input voltagesas low as 3.1V to produce a high-output lowvoltagepower source; ideal for powering theindustry’s latest DSP and microprocessors.The series includes standard output busvoltages as low as 1.0VDC.The innovative copper case constructionprovides superior thermal performance in asmall footprint. Both through-hole andsurface mount pin configurations are available.The PT6442 series operating featuresinclude external output voltage adjustment,an On/Off inhibit, and short-circuit protection.A 100µF input, and 330µF output capacitorare required for proper operation.
