High Side Switch 23-Pin QFN EP

The Freescale MC24XS4 devices are part of a 24V high side switch product family with integrated control and multiple protective and diagnostic functions. Designed for truck, bus, and industrial applications The low RDSON channels can control different load types; bulb lamps, solenoids, or DC motors Control, device configuration, and diagnostics are performed through a 16-bit SPI, allowing easy integration into existing applications Both channels can be controlled individually by external or internal clock signals for PWM mode, or by direct inputs and can also be parallelized With increased integration, the switch drives lighter-weight, smaller systems and a lower component count

Normal operating range: 8.0 - 36 V, extended range: 6.0 - 58 V

3.3 V and 5.0 V compatible 16-bit daisy-chainable SPI control

Flexible load management from 1 to 24 A with possible parallel output operating modes

Programmable dynamic threshold over current protection and over-temperature protection with programmable auto-retry functions

Accurate temperature and synchronous/asynchronous current sensing

Individually programmable internal/external PWM clock signals

Sleep mode with minimal supply current (< 10µA@24)
