Forward/Reverse Motor Driver 16-Pin SSOP

LV8400V is a single channel forward/reverse motor driver. It operates in forward, reverse, brake and standby modes. A P/N-channel structure in the H-bridge output stage minimizes the number of external components needed, and provides low ON resistance (0.33 O, typical). This IC is optimal for driving motors that need large current.
