Fast CMOS Octal Buffer/Line Driver

The IDT octal buffer/line driver is built using an advanced dual metalCMOS technology. The FCT244T is designed to be employed as a memoryand address driver, clock driver, and bus-oriented transmitter/ receiverwhich provides improved board density.

• True TTL input and output compatibility:
