Evaluation Kit For General Purpose SIGE:C RF Cascode Amplifier

The MBC13916 is a cost-effective, high reverse isolation, general purpose RF amplifier, fabricated with Freescale"s Advanced RF BiCMOS process using the SiGe:C module. It has excellent high frequency gain and noise figure and is housed in the SOT-343R surface mount package. On-chip bias circuitry sets the bias point, while matching is accomplished off-chip, affording the maximum in application flexibility.
