ESD Suppressor TVS 2-Pin Case 194 Bulk
Designed for applications requiring a low voltage rectifier withreverse avalanche characteristics for use as reverse power transientsuppressors. Developed to suppress transients in the automotivesystem, these devices operate in the forward mode as standardrectifiers or reverse mode as power avalanche rectifier and will protectelectronic equipment from overvoltage conditions.
