The SiP2804 includes six high-speed, low power consumption, BiCMOS Current Mode Controllers. These integrated circuits contain all of the control and drive functions required for off-line and DC/DC current-mode switching power supplies. Their advanced architecture enables the implementation of full-featured designs with minimal external parts count.The SiP2804 controllers is available in lead (Pb)-free, SO-8 packages, and are rated for operation over the industrial temperature range of - 40 °C to 85 °C.
