Comparator Dual 16V 8-Pin SOIC T/R
The TS393 is a micropower CMOS dual voltage comparator. It features extremely low consumption of 6 µA typical per comparator and operates over a wide temperature range of T = -40 to 125°C. The TS393 is available in an SOIC-8 package. NCV2393 is the automotive qualified version of TS393.
