CD4503B is a hex noninverting bufferwith 3-state outputs having high sink- andsource-current capability. Two disablecontrols are provided, one of which controlsfour buffers and the other controls theremaining two buffers.The CD4503B types are supplied in 16-leadhermetic dual-in-line ceramic packages (F3Asuffix), 16-lead dual-in-line plastic packages (Esuffix), 16-lead small-outline packages (M, M96,MT, and NSR suffixes), and 16-lead thin shrinksmall-outline packages (PW and PWR suffixes)
