1323X NETWORK KIT

Freescale offers a full set of hardware platforms for evaluation of the cost effective MC13234 and MC13237 (collectively MC1323x) system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. Designers may choose the hardware and software platform that achieves their design goals. The newest SoC product family integrates the 2.4 GHz transceiver, HCS08 QE-series MCU, memory, I/O and RF matching components in a single IC. The MC1323x kits are ideal for wireless applications in the consumer, health care and industrial markets.

1323X–MRB (Modular Reference Board)

• MC13234CHT 2.4GHz SoC
• Printed F antenna
• Programmable 128 KB Flash with 8 KB of RAM
• On board BDM port for MCU Flash reprogramming and in–circuit hardware debugging
• Header for connection to RCM and REM
• IR Transmitter
• Connections for battery or external power supply

1323x–REM (Remote Extender Board)

• Connects to the 1323X-MRB or 1323X-MRB-ADC
• Onboard expansion capabilities for external application–specific development activities
• USB connector
• Four LEDs and eight switches for demonstration, monitoring and control
• Built-in battery connector for two AA batteries

1323x–RCM (Remote Control Motherboard)

• Connects to the 1323X-MRB or 1323X-MRB-ADC
• Programmable two–line LCD for displaying messages
• Synaptics touch sensor
• On board expansion capabilities for external application–specific development activities
• USB connector
• 4 LEDs and 36-button keypad for RF remote control demonstration
• Built-in battery connector for two AA batteries
